Several women have asked me why I write for The Good Men Project. I never felt the need to explicitly articulate to women why I love The Good Men Project, until now. In the wake of a comment left by a woman on my recent article entitled The Magnificent Appeal of Masculinity, I decided to write a retort defending myself, my husband, The Good Men Project, and every woman who enjoys unconditionally praising good men.

I find it interesting that a blissfully happy wife can not celebrate her husband, and his masculinity, without having to contend with feminist fanfare. In defense of The Magnificent Appeal of Masculinity, I wrote this article: This is The Good Men Project not The Good Women Project. There is nothing wrong with women celebrating honorable men. I am not disloyal to women because I write about good men, and conversely, men are not disloyal to men if they honor women.
